Great Communication From The Owner Starting From My First Request
I had a great experience using Kirk and storing my things at DIY for the 8 months I was there. I was always able to get ahold of someone when I needed something and Kirk went out of his way the first evening I inquired about a unit (10x20) and texted me way past any normal business hours. Thanks again!

Well Maintained Facility-Secure And Easily Accessible Unit That We
The managers are very easy to work with. They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust and move to different unit because of their new construction and accessibility to the original with the trailer we needed for moving. The pricing is about what was expected, but we didn't have much for other options. One suggestion is that they could have prorated backward like they do at the first of the month since we did not need the full month on the back end. Location was great for our needs

Clean And Nice Unit With Great Customer Service!
The facility and units in general are very well taken care of and the access is unlimited and well lit. We appreciated being able to stop at any time to access our unit and feel safe in the process. Beginning our term was easy, online, and Kirk was very available to answer any questions and even moved our unit closer to the front when another became available without any input from us. Ending our term was just as easy and seamless. The pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to some others, and taking into account what you get. We never had to worry about our belongings. The only reason we stopped storing here is because we moved into a larger home. Should we need storage assistance again in the future, we will definitely be returning to DIY Storage.

From the first phone call, through the online registration, and concluding with the release of my unit, the process was effortless and efficient. The facility is new and the entry / exit process was simple and the facility exceeded my expectations.

Excellent Service Equals A Customer For Life!
I rented DIY storage while my villa was being built. My belongs were in storage for approx 6 months. Being single and on the “ flip side of life” I made several trips to the storage locker. DIY is extremely well lite, easy but secure, and the locker and complete grounds were meticulous. On top, customer service was excellent. Excellent means a loyal customer! Thanks DIY!

Pros: Very affordable for sizes Security Never crowded (at least when I have been there) Fast at responding to emails and calls/texts Cons: No trash/dumpster Not climate controlled Not sprayed for insects?

Amazing Owners, Very Safe And Clean!
We had nothing but greatness with the owners and the company in whole! They where always willing to help us switch out units when we needed a bigger one or even having two unit, for the unexpected short term visitor like grandma or college students! The owner alway got back to us in a timely manner and was always kind and polite, would recommended to everyone!
